Welcome to Chennai Masala dosa!

Every recipe has a story. Ours begins in the warm kitchens of Tamil Nadu, where family meals were more than food — they were memories, traditions, and celebrations. Those aromas travelled with us across oceans, all the way to Barcelona.

In 2012, as one of the first South Indian families to settle in Spain, we opened our humble restaurant with a simple dream: to share the flavours of our home with the world. What you taste today is the result of generations of knowledge, passed from hand to hand, mother to child.

Our culinary heart is Chef Selva Sundari Rajkumar, the woman behind our recipes. Coming from a long line of cooks, she poured her heritage, intuition, and love into every preparation. These dishes are not only traditional — they are personal. They carry the stories of our family, our culture, and our journey to bring South Indian cuisine to a place where it was once unknown.

We built this business from scratch, with determination, sacrifice, and the belief that food speaks every language. Coconut, turmeric, cardamom, vegetables, natural essences, and spices come together not just as ingredients — but as symbols of health, balance, and the ancient culinary medicine of our land.

Among our specialties is the Dosa — a 100% vegan, gluten-free crepe whose crisp edges and gentle flavour invite you to explore endless variations, from traditional fillings to sweet creations.

Over the years, our multicultural team has become part of our extended family. Together, we welcome you to our table — not only to eat, but to experience Tamil Nadu through warmth, service, and authentic flavours.
